- 2-5 Bananas (the calories have to come from somewhere...) - Good to replace Glycogen.
- Chia seeds - Good for Omega 3
- Hemp seeds - Good source of protein
- Greens - Like spinach, ...
- Either Water or coconut water, or Juice.
