There are many recipes in the world, I'll only cover fast, nutrient rich and best ones.

Smoothie - version 1

  • 2-5 Bananas (the calories have to come from somewhere...) - Good to replace Glycogen.
  • Chia seeds - Good for Omega 3
  • Hemp seeds - Good source of protein
  • Greens - Like spinach, ...
  • Either Water or coconut water, or Juice.
