Based on the rejection type, you may or may not have to resubmit the app for the reviewer to approve, sometimes you just need to edit the text.
Metadata Rejected
You don’t need to resubmit the app again, just update the description and communicate in the Resolution Center.
Binary Rejected
A new build is required, you need to re-submit the app.
