I said leading because Androids are a door open when it comes to privacy, and because iPhones can do the same thing as Androids (with the exception of the Note that has the pen) and now include this privacy feature, iPhone data privacy makes iPhones the best smartphone for businesses, too sad they are expensive and businesses won't buy it for this reason. How to ask apps to not track you on iPhone

To block an app from tracking you on iPhone follow the steps below:

1. Go to settings
2. Tap Privacy
3. Choose tracking (at the top)
4. The default is to allow app to ask you. Turn it off.
5. If you give permission for an app to track you, you’ll see that app under a list in Privacy > Tracking setting

I personally have the tracking system off so they don't even have the opportunity to ask. I like my privacy.

By the way, quick important note:

Something else that I want to mention is that we need to remember that Apple may be controlling others somehow with this privacy policy, but the main question is, who is controlling Apple?

iPhone data privacy is in my eyes like the data in the cloud, no one knows about it or where it's located or even if it's deleted when we click delete. The same thing happens with the macs security and privacy. This new policy puts iOS developers on the spot and it's somewhat anti-competitive because Apple doesn't post their products privacy or even give the option to the users to choose if they want to be tracked or not. So always keep that in mind, Apple is definitely taking a step forward in privacy but 1 step backwards in being in the shadow with their own data and anti-competition.
